He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Finance. He completed the Istanbul University "Financial Law" Master's Program. Gazi University Department of Finance PhD

He started his professional career as an Inspector at Esbank T.A.Ş. between 1998 and 2002, and then worked as an Inspector and Branch Manager at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası until 2008.

Between 2008 and 2022, he served as Director, C.F.O. in large-scale industrial-production companies and holding structures. and General Manager, and gained experience in different sectors (mining, energy, food, packaging/recycling, machinery manufacturing, real estate and vegetable oil). He has taken part in and managed many local and international projects.

He has a Capital Markets Board Real Estate Appraisal Specialist License.

He was appointed as Financial Affairs Director at TK Tarım Kredi Pazarlama ve Marketçilik A.Ş. in July 2022.

As of August 2023, he has been working as General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at Tarım Kredi Lojistik A.Ş.

He graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Chemistry. He has completed the English Preparatory Program and speaks English fluently.
In his nearly 25-year career, he worked as warehouse and logistics manager, director and deputy general manager in affiliated companies of well-known holdings.
In 1999, Istanbul Anadolu Porselen A.Ş. He also worked as a Chemist. Between 2000 and 2004, Yimpaş Mağazacılık A.Ş., affiliated with Yimpaş Holdig. He worked as warehouse manager at Birpa A.Ş., the central warehouse. Due to his Food Packaging Responsible Manager certificate, he also served as Pulses and Nuts Packaging Manager.
In 2005-2006, he worked as Warehouse and Shipment Manager at Eksun Gıda A.Ş., a subsidiary of Eksim Holding, in domestic and international shipments of bagged flour. He also served as the packaging manager in the facility established for the Sinangil brand newly acquired by Eksun Gıda, and served as the Factory ISO representative during the process of obtaining the ISO 9001 and HACCP certificates of this new facility.
Between 2006 and 2008, he worked as the Warehouse and Shipment Manager at Toprak İlaç A.Ş., owned by Toprak Holding, as well as the Pharmaceutical Raw Material Hygienic Weighing Unit Manager due to his Chemist diploma. He also worked as a senior manager in different companies between 2009 and 2015.
In 2016, he started working as Factory Manager at the Pulse Screening and Processing Factory in Ankara, affiliated with the Central Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives. In 2017, he served as the founding manager in the establishment of the Central Logistics warehouse. From there, he was appointed as Logistics and Warehouse Manager at TK Birlik A.Ş. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager to TK Taşımacılık ve Lojistik A.Ş. in 2018 and he still continues his duty.
It has the Occupational Health and Safety Expertise Certificate OHS (Class C) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security together with ÖSYM in 2014, and the Packaging Responsible Manager Certificate issued by the Chamber of Chemical Engineers.
Due to his good computer skills, he can use Word, Excel, Power Point programs and Netsis, Proma, Uygun, Q-base, Mavi, Tiger and B12 programs as Commercial Package Programs that he uses in different workplaces where he has worked.

He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1996. He continued his professional career in leading industrial and production companies of our country and worked as Director and Deputy General Manager.

Ertan, who has led many ERP implementation processes, specializes in the establishment of Financial Control, Cost and Reporting systems and process management.

He has undertaken the management of many units, including Production Planning, Financial Control and Planning, Accounting and Finance, Budget and Reporting, Trade, Risk Management, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Export, Information Technology and Management Information Systems.

He holds an Independent Accountant and Financial Consultant (CPA) license and was appointed as Financial Affairs Director at Tarım Kredi Lojistik A.Ş. as of January 2024.
